Physical Therapy
Movement & Strength
Combines with massage for faster, longer-lasting results.
Find out MoreOur licensed massage therapists treat far more than sore shoulders. Deep tissue work breaks up stubborn knots, sports massage keeps training bodies resilient, and relaxation sessions lower the stress that keeps muscles guarded. Each appointment starts with a short consult so pressure, focus areas and goals match your body on the day.
Massage pairs especially well with physical therapy and chiropractic care — loose tissue responds faster to adjustments and exercise. Many patients book a monthly maintenance session after their rehab ends.
Deep tissue (60 min). Slow, firm work for chronic knots, stiff necks and overused backs.
Sports (45 min). Pre-event priming or post-event flush for runners, lifters and weekend athletes.
Relaxation (60 min). Full-body, lighter-pressure relief for stress, sleep and general wellbeing.
Massage works best on a rhythm. Acute problems usually need weekly sessions for a month; maintenance is monthly. Your therapist coordinates with the rest of the clinic, so massage notes feed directly into your therapy or chiropractic plan.
