Core strength, taught clinically
Pilates trains the deep stabilizing muscles around your spine and hips so that everyday movement feels steadier and easier. Clinical pilates goes further than a fitness class: every session is led by a rehabilitation-trained instructor who adapts each movement to your injury history, pain levels and goals.
It suits recurring back pain, poor posture, pre- and post-natal recovery, and anyone discharged from therapy who wants to stay strong. Groups stay small — never more than six — so the instructor watches every repetition.
What is included
- One-to-one starter session to set your level safely
- Reformer, tower and mat work in groups of six or fewer
- Postural retraining for desk workers and new parents
- Progress checks that move you up a level when ready
From first session to strong routine
1. Starter. A private session maps your movement, injuries and goals, and teaches the core activation everything else builds on.
2. Small groups. Twice-weekly reformer classes progress your strength, balance and flexibility over eight-week blocks.
3. Independence. Graduates keep a home mat routine and can join open-level classes — or pick up a 4-class pass in our shop.
